Great Light!

I enjoy so much about this little light! It is the perfect weight and size, has a spectacular finish, superb “clicky” tail-switch, awesome emitter and reflector, and has an excellent pocket clip; Great job Reylight! After a few weeks the copper has developed a beautiful patina.

The only reason I could not give five stars—I really wanted to—is because I had some “hiccups” with the UI responding improperly to my button “half-presses.” It is completely possible this was/is due to user error. I emailed Rey about the issue and his support was timely and helpful—I am completely impressed with Reylight’s product support. (The apparent issue with the UI has seemed to resolve the more I use and get familiar with the light.)

I gladly and eagerly recommend the Reylight LANapple. Buy one and enjoy!

Built like a tank, unreliable switch

This thing is built great…it’s super solid. The switch is terrible though…does not accurately cycle through brightness levels when half pressed…sometimes goes up in brightness, sometimes goes down, sometimes does nothing. I’m hoping this is simply a defect in my unit that can be remedied.
